NunziantoAI Terms of Service

Effective date: September 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NunziantoAI, a private business-management and artificial-intelligence assistance application operated by Nunzianto Construction LLC.

1. Purpose

NunziantoAI assists authorized users with business operations, including project management, estimates, customer communications, scheduling, financial organization, marketing planning, and advertising account management.

NunziantoAI is a private internal application. It is not offered for use by the general public or unrelated third parties.

2. Authorized Users

Access is limited to the owner, employees, contractors, and other individuals specifically authorized by Nunzianto Construction LLC.

Users must:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Protect their login credentials.
  • Use the application only for authorized business purposes.
  • Notify Nunzianto Construction LLC if unauthorized access is suspected.
  • Follow all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms or creates a security risk.

3. Google Ads Integration

NunziantoAI may connect to Google Ads through Google OAuth and the Google Ads API.

The integration may allow authorized users to:

  • Connect an authorized Google Ads account.
  • Select an advertiser and manager account.
  • View account and campaign information.
  • Review advertising performance.
  • Prepare proposed advertisements, keywords, locations, budgets, and schedules.
  • Create or manage campaigns when that functionality is enabled and properly authorized.

NunziantoAI may access only Google Ads accounts that the authenticating user is authorized to manage.

Users remain responsible for reviewing all campaign settings, advertising content, targeting, budgets, and schedules before approval.

4. Campaign Approval and Advertising Costs

AI-generated suggestions and campaign drafts are recommendations only. They may contain errors or require additional review.

Approval of an internal campaign plan does not necessarily publish an advertisement or begin spending money. Any campaign activation or budget-changing feature must be clearly presented to an authorized user for confirmation.

When campaign publishing becomes available, the authorized user is responsible for:

  • Confirming the correct Google Ads account.
  • Reviewing campaign content and targeting.
  • Verifying budgets and schedules.
  • Confirming activation.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and advertising charges.

Google Ads charges are billed according to the user’s agreement with Google and are not included in the use of NunziantoAI.

5. Artificial-Intelligence Features

NunziantoAI may use artificial intelligence to summarize information, prepare drafts, organize data, or suggest business and marketing actions.

AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, current, or appropriate for every situation. Authorized users must review AI-generated content before relying upon, publishing, or acting on it.

NunziantoAI does not replace professional legal, financial, accounting, advertising, or construction advice.

6. Third-Party Services

NunziantoAI may integrate with services provided by Google, Meta, email providers, messaging providers, accounting services, and other third parties.

Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, availability, and account requirements. Nunzianto Construction LLC does not control and is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

Google Ads is a service of Google LLC. NunziantoAI is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google.

7. Data and Privacy

Information processed through NunziantoAI is handled according to the NunziantoAI Privacy Policy.

OAuth credentials and provider tokens are intended to be stored securely on the server and are not intentionally exposed through the browser interface.

Users may disconnect supported third-party integrations. Disconnecting an integration may remove stored authorization tokens and prevent NunziantoAI from accessing that provider until the connection is authorized again.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

  • Access NunziantoAI without authorization.
  • Share credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
  • Use the application for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Publish misleading advertisements.
  • Violate Google Ads policies or other third-party platform policies.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the application.
  • Extract, sell, or distribute data without authorization.

9. Availability and Changes

NunziantoAI is under active development. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed.

Nunzianto Construction LLC does not guarantee that the application or any integration will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.

Maintenance, provider outages, API changes, security updates, and other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NunziantoAI is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nunzianto Construction LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing information and maintaining appropriate records, account controls, and backups.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nunzianto Construction LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use NunziantoAI.

Nunzianto Construction LLC is not responsible for advertising charges, lost data, lost profits, account suspensions, third-party service interruptions, or actions taken without proper user review and authorization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination

Nunzianto Construction LLC may suspend or terminate access to NunziantoAI when necessary to protect the company, its users, its customers, its data, or connected third-party accounts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as NunziantoAI develops or as legal, security, or third-party platform requirements change.

The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
