NunziantoAI Privacy Policy

NunziantoAI is an internal business-management and marketing application operated by Nunzianto Construction LLC. This policy explains what information NunziantoAI processes, how it is used, and how individuals may request access, correction, or deletion.
Information We Process
NunziantoAI may process:
- Business contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and service addresses.
- Customer inquiries, leads, estimates, project details, schedules, communications, and related business records.
- Photos and other materials uploaded by authorized Nunzianto Construction personnel.
- Marketing campaign information, including advertising copy, budgets, schedules, target locations, audience preferences, and campaign status.
- Information received through connected Meta accounts, including Facebook Page identifiers, advertising account identifiers, granted permissions, campaign information, and advertising-performance statistics.
- Technical information required to operate and secure the application, such as authentication records, activity logs, browser information, and error logs.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Operate Nunzianto Construction’s customer, project, estimate, scheduling, email, and marketing workflows.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns when authorized by the business owner.
- Synchronize advertising results, including spending, reach, clicks, leads, and campaign status.
- Generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, recommendations, and advertising content for review by authorized personnel.
- Maintain application security, diagnose errors, prevent unauthorized access, and provide support.
- Meet applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
NunziantoAI does not automatically publish or activate an advertisement without an authorized action by the business owner or an authorized administrator.
Meta and Facebook Data
When an authorized user connects a Meta account, NunziantoAI may access the Facebook Pages, advertising accounts, permissions, campaigns, and advertising insights that the user has authorized.
This information is used only to provide the requested marketing-management functionality. Access credentials are stored in encrypted form. NunziantoAI does not sell Meta account information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Information sent to Meta for campaign creation is also subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared with:
- Meta when an authorized user creates or manages a Facebook or Instagram advertising campaign.
- Technology providers that support application hosting, database storage, email delivery, security, backups, and AI-assisted features.
- Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide the requested services, maintain security and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Connected Meta access may be removed by disconnecting Meta inside NunziantoAI or by removing the application through the user’s Facebook or Meta account settings.
Data Access, Correction, and Deletion
Individuals may request:
- Confirmation of whether their personal information is being processed.
- Access to the personal information maintained about them.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
- Disconnection and deletion of information received through a connected Meta account.

Include your name, the email address associated with your request, and a description of the information you want accessed, corrected, or deleted. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
After verification, Nunzianto Construction will delete or de-identify applicable information unless it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or financial-recordkeeping purposes.
Security
NunziantoAI uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, encrypted connection credentials, and activity records. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
NunziantoAI is a business application and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the application.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as NunziantoAI’s features, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
